One of the constants that comes up on this journey is needing to let go of things that are no longer serving you.
As you refine and try things it is essential to let go of what might not be for you, what might have been for a lesson only, in order to make space for the new ideas and creations to come in, and to open up to the path that is yours.
This can relate to holding on to situations, people, ways of working, patterns in your life that affect how you show up, systems and processes, or even stress and fears. There are so many things that you can refine and let go of in and around your business on a regular basis.
I have let go of a number of things over the years that weren’t serving me for different reasons, but all ultimately affected me energetically. When that happens I cannot be the most me I am here to be.
Things I have let go of include: friendships; drinking alcohol; eating dairy and meat; judging myself (I still do this a bit, but it is a lot less than when I began my entrepreneurial journey); a number of group coaching programmes I created; social media handles and feeds; fears around speaking up; and work partnerships that no longer feel aligned.
Here are a few prompts for you to begin to check in and let go of what may not be serving you.
