I lost the passion in my life for so long.

I wasn’t passionate about anything (apart from food and drinking and that was in a destructive way), had no sex drive whatsoever for many years, and forgot what passion even felt like.

To me passion really does mean being fully surrendered…. In my body, in my heart, connected and in tune with its different needs and sensations. I go in and out, some days it’s easier to connect to my passion than others, but that’s okay too.

Today I feel passionate about health and wellness and helping others. 

I am passionate about always learning, growing and evolving.

I feel passionate about looking after this beautiful planet.

I get passionate about good raw chocolate.

It’s a start.
