Using your intuition in business

 I’ve been asked by a few people how I use my intuition in business and so here’s a little of my experience and ways I have fine-tuned it to support me.

Create space for it. It speaks to me when I am not rushing and working from a busy head. When I am in a space of fun, pleasure and just being, it speaks to me more loudly.

Often when I ask for guidance on a particular thing I won’t get an answer straight away, it will come suddenly when I least expect it, or I’ll just *know* how to move forward. It’s very subtle and doesn’t always come clearly.

It’s often loudest when I am cleansing or eating only fresh food! I’ve had some extraordinary manifesting experiences from when I am feeling fantastic in my body, as a result of how I’ve been looking after myself.

It speaks to me through my body and when something is aligned I feel all the tingles, and when something isn’t she will scream at me!

I’ve now learned I’m most connected with my intuition in the autumn and winter parts of my cycle. I spend more time doing morning pages and journaling then, as this is another way I can connect deeply with it, asking whatever I need.

I ALWAYS listen to it when it guides me. This has meant at times not taking action and not forcing things. But instead trusting that I am supported and knowing that when the time is right I will be given the guidance to move forward. For an impatient person this is not always easy, but it is essential.

I love that I get to use my intuition in business, that I have this support available to me at all times (well it disappeared for a while in my Covid recovery journey – but that in itself was guidance 😉, and it came back in a more embodied way).
