I was literally shaking when I did my first video call.

I remember feeling physically sick for an entire day before my first video call – my stomach wouldn’t stop churning and my hands were sweaty and my face was red hot. All the thoughts and a million and one reasons why I shouldn’t do the call were going through my head… Why I should come up with an excuse and not do that call.

When I did the call I was actually trembling and I felt like an idiot mumbling along the whole way through it. If this is what being visible felt like I didn’t know how I would ever be able to get past these very real feelings and fears and show myself as the face of my business.

I did though.

I began to work through them. Through my own healing journey and with support from others I began to feel safer to be seen. I stopped shaking every time I had to go on a video call. I started to share photos of me, and eventually videos.

I also did a lot of regression healing around times in this and other lifetimes where I felt fear around being visible. Going to the times and healing/re-writing or acknowledging them, so that I felt release from them.

This was such a gift, and has helped me move through the fears, I still get a bit nervous – but it’s excited nervous these days.
