Voicing what you need in your business

Are you able to voice what you want with other people in your business, be it team members, people you are collaborating with, external suppliers, or clients?

This might come up around boundaries, asking someone to do something a certain way, saying ‘no’ to something, saying when you aren’t happy with something, asking for help… There are many times and opportunities in business to say what you need but this can be a hard area for empaths to embrace.

It’s one I certainly relate to, and I have had clients with issues in this area too. One client was a wonderful healer and offered so much but had such difficulty putting up boundaries with clients – she would always say how she was going to tell them that she was unavailable on weekends, but she struggled to do it. Another one struggled with saying what she wanted with suppliers. She found it hard to say if something hadn’t been done to her liking and in alignment with her vision.
