Digital products terms and conditions

1. Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.
2. Content provided in the digital product is the intellectual property of Empathpreneurs® ( and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
3. Copies of digital products may not be shared with others.
4. All advice and suggestions provided in the digital products are provided with no warranties or indemnities as to their appropriateness for your particular situation. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a health professional. I encourage you to speak with your health-care provider about your individual needs or get in touch with me if you would like more tailored support.
5. Privacy – if you choose to opt in, your details will never be shared.

You can use your PayPal account or credit/debit card to pay for your purchase in your preferred currency. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the attached documents. If you do not already have this free software on your computer, please go to to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You will receive your digital products as a PDF file via email which you can read on any device – computer or smart phone, or print out. Please email if you have any problems or do not receive your PDF file.

Shipping and returns policy 

Please note there may be delays with shipping globally due to worldwide restrictions. If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks, please email

  • There are no returns/refunds once the order has been processed.  If your order is damaged please email within 1 week with pictures, so the item can be claimed for from the postal system.
  • All post is sent tracked and/or signed for. The web address to enter the tracking number is  For international orders, once the item is in your country the local postal system will take over.

UK delivery is normally within 3 – 5 working days from posting

Europe 5 – 7 working days from posting

USA 10 – 14 days from posting

Rest of the World 14 – 21 days from posting

  • For overseas orders we are not responsible for any additional fees charged by a specific country’s custom and postal service.  Recipients are responsible for any duty/tax and brokerage fees as these are not included in shipping costs.
  • POSTAL ADDRESS: please make sure your address is correct, if you have made an error we will change your address if it hasn’t already been shipped.If your item has already been shipped, you are responsible for forwarding the item to the correct address.  We do not assume any responsibility for lost parcels if an incorrect address was given at the time of order.
  • RETURN TO SENDER: If items are returned due to an incorrect address or custom fees have not been paid, the order can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense (which will include any return to sender fees). Or alternatively the cost of your order will be refunded minus any postage fees, return to sender fees and payment fees.
