Turquoise, the higher heart chakra and a journey to Atlantis        

I invite you to connect more deeply to some parts of what this Age of Aquarius is about. These include:

• Your authentic power, which might be ‘held back’ as a result of memories from times in Atlantis, where power was abused.
• The colour turquoise and all that it means from a colour psychology point of view (from the Colour Mirrors system), as it is one of the colours that can support us as we step into this age.
• The higher heart chakra (between your heart and throat chakras) – connecting to and opening this portal so that you feel the unconditional and unlimited supply of love and support available at all times. Leaning into the wisdom of this energy centre and its power to create and tune into higher consciousness.
• A connection to the Unity and Oneness of this time.

In this online workshop recording I will guide you to connect with these areas.

We tune into the colour turquoise, using it as an activation for you to deeply lean into your faith, trust and flow – essential in these turbulent times. It includes deep visualisations to connect with your higher heart chakra its wisdom and messages, receive a message from the whales, and a regression journey to connect with a lifetime you might have experienced in Atlantis, holding any memories, then releasing them so that you can step into your truth and power.

You will need to be in a quiet place where you feel safe to close your eyes and journey inwards, and will need a journal/paper and something to write with.

You will receive a link to the full recording, images of the coloured bottles used in the session as well as two audio files of the visualisations (each approx 46 minutes) – ‘Journey to Atlantis’ and ‘Higher heart chakra and whale wisdom’, after payment is received.
