Each month (apart from the integration month), we’ll explore one chakra as a portal to your unique creative power. You’ll uncover its wisdom and align it with the energy you’re bringing into your life and work. Please note the themes might change if I intuitively feels the needs of the group are calling for something else.
February: Earth Star chakra

- Establish a strong sense of holding and belonging on Earth, to anchor your visions and turn them into reality. Feel deeply supported and held as you begin this journey – on Earth and in your body.
March: Root chakra

- Ground into your foundation. Build the stability you need to support your dreams, trust in your ability to create lasting structures, and grow deep, unshakable roots for your life and business.
April: Sacral chakra

- Open the floodgates of inspiration. Reignite your creative spark, invite more pleasure and play into your life, and channel the fiery flow of ideas into joyful creation.
May: Solar Plexus chakra

June: Heart Chakra

JULY: INTEGRATION SPACE

August: Throat chakra

September: Third Eye chakra

October: Crown chakra

- Embody the essence of your soul’s calling. Trust in your creative power, your purpose, and the expansive truth of who you are. Step forward as a visionary, ready to make your unique mark on the world.
Investment and programme details
Programme elements
Monthly group calls on Zoom (these will be at 3pm/4pm/5pm GMT on the first and last Tuesday of each month apart from July. There is flexibility for this to change or alternate depending on the final group's availability):
- Start each month with a 90-minute live session to dive into the energy and wisdom of that month’s chakra. These activations will awaken your creative power and set the tone for your month.
- One live call towards the end of each month for sharing, connecting and coming together.
Additional practices and tools included: these will vary each month, and include a combination of guided visualisations and activations, embodiment exercises, journaling prompts, colour numerology psychology, and creative invitations tailored to each chakra. Content will be delivered at the beginning of the month/weekly (depending on what is aligned) for you to experience, receive and embody in your own time. These will be optional and spacious as the invitation is to lean deeply into the be-ing-ness and wisdom of your own body.
Community space: There will be a gentle group on Telegram to share experiences, receive support and celebrate with one another in throughout.
One-to-one sessions are available for a discounted price throughout the programme if you would like additional personalised support.

The journey begins on Monday 3rd February 2025 and finishes on Friday 28th November 2025.
