Over 6–9 months, we meet in a container that is slow enough to be honest and precise enough to create real movement.
Sessions
Two 45-minute sessions per month, shaped by what your system is truly ready for.
Integration support
Voice and written support between sessions (Monday - Thursday) to help you stabilise insights in real time.
Domains we move through
Spiritual: timelines, past-life threads, creative channeling, co-creation
Emotional: inner child work, ancestral resonance, visibility wounds
Mental: identity construction, pattern shifting, clarity of direction
Physical: somatic grounding, nervous system anchoring, embodied action
This work doesn't impose outcomes.

Who this is for
I work with people who are standing inside a real threshold.
Not a goal, not an upgrade, not a next step, a shift in identity that is already happening at the level of body, intuition, and lived experience.

• Your body is speaking more loudly than your strategies: nervous system changes, physical initiations, emotional surges, creative openings, or a sense that you can’t “perform your way” through this one.
