One off regression session

A one-off regression session is for you if you have a specific issue or block that you would like to get to the bottom of. Fears often come up due to past memories, so connecting with them is key to releasing blocks and issues that might be holding you back.

We will connect to what is coming up for you in your life and go into it, to the root – in this life and others, so that you are able to acknowledge, heal or release it (depending on what you need). We may also use the Colour Mirrors system and the power of colour to guide us into what might be showing up for you.
