As Founder of Empathpreneurs, Tara leads with vision, creativity, and deep intuition. A creativity coach, mentor, and embodied leadership guide, she helps entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries unlock their full creative potential while building businesses rooted in authenticity, impact, and soul.
Tara blends two decades of experience working with leaders and creative minds around the world with a unique approach that weaves together spiritual insight, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy. At Empathpreneurs, she shapes the creative direction, develops transformational programmes, and holds space for a global community of sensitive, intuitive changemakers.
Based in the London, Tara is as much an artist as she is a mentor, she finds joy in painting, creating, and exploring the beauty of self-expression through art. Her work is fuelled by a deep belief that creativity is both a personal act of expression and a powerful force for change.

Robin Lynam – Head of Operations
As Head of Operations at Empathpreneurs, Robin keeps the heart of our online business beating smoothly every day. He oversees the behind-the-scenes systems that allow our creative work to shine — from managing the website and processing invoices to streamlining day-to-day workflows and making sure projects stay on track.
With a knack for organisation and an eye for detail, Robin ensures that our operations run efficiently so our community can focus on what matters most — creativity, connection, and impact. He thrives on building structures that support sustainable growth, managing timelines, and keeping the digital and administrative gears well-oiled.
Currently based in Australia, Robin brings a global perspective to his work, having travelled extensively. Outside of operations, he’s often planning his next adventure or seeking out the best Thai food he can find.

Gigi Rose Mann – Operations Assistant
As Operations Assistant at Empathpreneurs, Gigi is the calm, capable presence who ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. From managing schedules and coordinating communications to keeping our records, documents, and tasks in perfect order, she brings structure and clarity to our daily operations.
Highly organised and wonderfully efficient, Gigi has a gift for anticipating needs before they arise and making sure every detail is handled with precision. Her proactive approach keeps our team focused, our projects flowing, and our clients well cared for.
Based in Ghana, Gigi brings warmth, dedication, and a global outlook to her work. When she’s not keeping our virtual office in top shape, she’s often planning her next travel adventure and exploring new destinations.
