Some of the different things looked at include judgements, being present, receiving, connecting to creativity and flow, authentic power, looking as where you sabotage yourself, connecting with your inner child, feeling more embodied, boundaries and over-giving, connecting with your vulnerabilities, expressing yourself, strengthening your trust in yourself, connecting with your inner wisdom, visioning, alignment in your life and transforming any fears you have around taking action.
