• We’ll start with a 30 minute health and wellness session (meeting you where you are at) to establish (or up-level) and ground the practices to support you to be a clear vessel on this journey
• Receive 6 x 45-minute 1:1 sessions via Zoom (to be taken within three months of your start date)
• Home explorations between sessions – simple but potent practices to deepen your integration and take aligned action.
• Telegram support (Monday – Thursday) for ongoing guidance, insights, and energetic shifts between sessions.
