Connecting with your authentic power

Power in today’s world (and our most recent history) often comes from the ego, from a place of manipulation, control, image, greed or competition, to name a few areas.

Authentic power is something quite different and comes from a knowing deep within, from trusting yourself fully, from not competing with others, from leading with care and compassion for others.

Here are a few prompts to help you show up from your authentic power.

• Do you compare yourself with others?
• Do you let others influence what you do and how you show up in your business?
• What do you fear will happen if you do it your way?
• Tune into your solar plexus or your heart, what does it want for you? What business does it want to have? What life does it want?
• How can you begin to take action and bring this into your life?
