Trusting yourself in business
February 22, 2022An invitation to connect to yourself as a child
March 2, 2022So simple, yet so profound. We do it naturally of course, but so often we don’t breathe fully into our entire being. Yoga and meditation helped me with this.
Taking time to breathe deeply is an essential part of my self-care today. In between calls, clients, things on my to-do list. Taking regular moments throughout my day to connect with my breath and give my entire body fresh air is calming, restorative, stress-busting and grounding.
Something I particularly like to do these days is place one or both hands on to my heart or my lower belly and breathe into this space. With each in breath I imagine love filling it up.
Do you take the time to stop and breathe deeply? Try it, especially in moments where you maybe feel overwhelmed, anxious or dis-connected.
