Inability to focus and make decisions in your business
November 11, 2021Creating energetic containers
November 16, 2021I think we all know the benefits of eating healthy. I certainly felt them in-between my binges, as they brought me back to me.
When I first began making changes that lasted, rather than cutting out everything ‘bad’ in my diet, I instead increased my fresh food, so I didn’t feel deprived. Then when my body got used to this, I found I wanted healthier foods and less of the things that didn’t make me feel good – so was able to cut them out with ease.
Paying attention to how food makes you feel is a great way to get back in tune with nourishing yourself, and what makes you feel good.
Try and pay attention to what you are putting into your body and how it makes you feel afterwards; then increase the amount of fresh produce you are consuming and notice any changes in your mood, energy levels and how you feel overall etc.
Fresh, real food is full of life and energy and that in turn gives the body what it needs to function optimally, so you are better able to handle all that life brings. Also increasing your intake of ‘juicy’ fruits such as melons, pineapple, apples or citrus and savoury fruits like tomatoes and cucumbers is incredibly hydrating. Try it out and see how it works for you.
What you put into your body will have an effect on all areas of your life.
Are you nourishing your body with a variety of raw and cooked fresh produce?
How can you increase the amount of fresh fruit and veg you eat on a daily basis?
