September 3, 2025If your creativity had a colour today, what would it be?
Would it be the fiery red of passion or desire that wants to spill onto the page?
The turquoise flow of words moving like water?
The gold of wisdom you’re finally ready to claim?
For me, creativity has never been just about words or output. It’s an energy that carries colour, texture, and feeling, a living essence that moves through us when we write, paint, speak, dream or create in any way.
Sometimes, we feel grounded and steady. Other times, playful and bright. And sometimes, what wants to come through is tender, raw, or shadowy. All of it belongs.
That’s why I created something new for you:
🌈 Writing in Colour: an embodied portal to your book’s wisdom. A free guide that invites you to explore your creative process (in particular writing) through colour.
Inside you’ll find embodiment cues, writing warm-ups, book-writing prompts, and gentle ways to move through the blocks that can come up on the journey.
👉🏽 Download the free guide here.
And if you’d love a little live creative time for yourself, I’ve also opened up A Date to Create three low-cost online sessions where you can come exactly as you are, be guided through a short visualisation to connect with a different aspect of your creative essence, and then simply create in community.
✨ Upcoming dates: 16th September, 14th October, 12th November.
Join all three sessions here (and receive a discount here).
These are simple, yet powerful opportunities to honour your creative time, whether you’re writing your book, working on a project, or just wanting space to let something flow.
Both the guide and these sessions are here to remind you that your creativity doesn’t need to fit into a box. It has its own energy and when you let yourself move with it, magic happens.
