An online workshop to remind you of, and support you to truly own, your magnificence simply because you are YOU.

Feeling enough, worthy, like I deserve to take up space, like I can be truly me, are things that have not come easily, since I was a young child. It’s taken many years of ‘shedding, releasing and beginning to consciously align with my greatness’ (which is still ongoing) to start to remember this truth and let it lead in my life.

For many, the world teaches us we have to ‘do’ something in order to be worthy. We need to earn approval. We have to do things in a certain way, or not be too much, otherwise we won’t fit in, be approved of, or at worst we’ll scare people away and end up alone.

Unless we actively do something to break this pattern, we will constantly live in a world where we seek external validation in others, things and what we can do, rather than who we are. It has to start from within and be rooted deeply.

This workshop will support you to REMEMBER your innate worthiness and magnificence.

It will hold you in this remembering so you embody it in every single cell, and feel it rooted and grounded.

It will support you to connect to this truth moving forward.

Some of the things you will receive:

• When you connect to and truly own your greatness, you step into your power, and become a conscious creator in your life.
• You no longer depend on external approval to validate you. Things that might have affected you in the past and made you feel ‘less than’ or ‘not enough’, no longer do.
• You let go of people pleasing, limiting yourself and holding back.
• Your vibration shifts, your heart opens and you step into, and lead from, love.
• You embody your wholeness – your limitless cosmic self and your beautiful human physicality.
• You know who you are right to your core. You show up in the world as you. You become more YOU every single day in every single way.
• You know how supported you are by the non-physical and let this hold you in all areas of your life. This then also shows up in your physical life as you get sooo good at asking for help.
• You can feel the guidance and wisdom of your intuition acutely, so that you live your life from a place of ease, flow, trust and knowing.
• You magnetically attract what you desire to experience in your life/business.
• You own your greatness and also recognise the greatness in others, as it’s not an either/or and there is no competition, and we all rise together.
• You feel so much gratitude for the life that you GET to live.

The details

This workshop is split into two parts. It includes journaling prompts, deep journeys and visualisations, as well as some space to create a visual representation to have as a touch point moving forward. This workshop will be like an activation to support you to truly embody your greatness more and more every day.

Part 1

In part one we energetically release layers of conditioning, beliefs and patterns that have kept you feeling ‘less than’ and ‘not enough’. We hold the vulnerability that can arise from being this ‘open’. We connect to the holding and safety of Gaia. You then tune into your gifts, your qualities, and what makes you YOU. We connect to your cosmic, limitless self and the power of what it means to be in a body. You will feel it and receive it, so that your whole being remembers it.

Part 2

In part two I invite you to get creative and make a representation of it. This can be visual such as a drawing/painting, taking photos or making a collage. You could also write a poem, a song, or even cook something to represent it. The idea is to connect with it creatively in whatever way appeals to you.

We end by grounding this energy, this knowing of your truth, more deeply into your physical reality to create a ‘new’ foundation for you moving forward.

You will need something to write on and with, plus creative tools/materials of your choice e.g. art supplies, magazines, paper, journal, camera.

The recording includes:

• A video of the whole session
• Audio of the first long visualisation with prompts (part 1)
• Audio of the final grounding meditation
• A PDF of the prompts
