Listening to my body

Fears and blocks around technology
February 14, 2022I don’t think this self-care journey would be quite as appealing it if it wasn’t also fun.
I feel like so many of us have forgotten how to play and have fun, at least in the carefree, belly aching from so much laughter, kind of way that children often do.
When I began to find the fun in things that weren’t also harmful to me, I remembered how much I loved to move my body. I intuitively decided to sign up for Zumba classes, for a change to my yoga ones, and found I had so much fun. I was able to loosen up and laugh at myself as I got the steps totally wrong.
What do you do for play and fun? Is there something new you want to try?
