Another fear that might stop you from taking the aligned action you need to in your business is a fear of technology, which is actually a mask for a deeper issue.

Yes, technology might not come so easily to some, particularly if you aren’t a millennial and didn’t grow up with a mobile phone glued to your hand. It can also be easy to feel overwhelmed by it and feel the fatigue caused by a lot of time spent on it.

But, ultimately, technology is a tool to help us, particularly if you are an empathpreneur with an online business. It is a gift of the Aquarian age and something that will support you in reaching the people you are here to work with, create the change you are here to make, and have the impact you desire.

The sooner you embrace that the sooner you will get to what’s really going on, if technology is a block for you.

One of my dear older clients who didn’t have a mobile phone until her late-thirties is a wonderful example of someone who feared tech. She was totally resistant to using Zoom for our first call. She told me that she had made loads of excuses and was going to let it stop her from making that first call with me. She later admitted that she had so much fear around facing up to the need to make changes and knew she was using her tech fear as an excuse not to show up for herself. She did though, and today, having worked through so much, she even supports and encourages other women in her community to embrace the power and gift of technology in their lives.

Getting fatigued by technology, with all the updates and changes happening all the time, as well as the very nature of it, can be a block sometimes too, but if you are feeling constantly exhausted by technology, it’s a sign to take a break!
