Let the mystery lead

There’s a version of leadership I see again and again dressed up in the language of feminine flow, intuitive business, cyclical creation… but it’s still quietly rooted in the same extractive, capitalist, patriarchal systems it claims to be moving beyond.

😤 Hustle wrapped in softer words.
🥵 Forcing disguised as flow.
😱 Subtle scarcity masked as strategy.
🤯 The quiet panic that says “If I slow down, it’ll all fall apart.”

🤩 Seeing every conversation as a potential lead, every person as a funnel entry point.

I’ve played that game. Because it’s the one I also learned! It’s the one we’re told is the only one we can be successful in. The one we’ve been taught to measure success by.

But let’s be clear: this is not the feminine.
The feminine mystery, the true feminine current, was never meant to fit inside a structure built for extraction, linear growth, and constant output.
