Are you willing to let things go?
When it is time to let something go and not ‘try’ any more.
When the time has come to move on.
Do you trust the guidance when it is time to let go of something?
This is something I’ve definitely learned the hard way in the past. When it’s come to relationships, homes, friendships and even in offerings, programmes and clients my business – trying to hold on to things and ‘make’ them ‘work’ when I new inside it wasn’t right.
I also had to let my first business completely go. I was trying to be a health and wellness coach and it felt like a struggle to me for almost the whole 4.5 years I was doing it – I barely made any money and was still working in many other part time jobs. I love health and wellness and the world needs coaches in it, but it was not for me. I felt for a long time that it was a part of my own journey and something I will always include in my life and work, but not something I am here to necessarily ‘do’.
When I let go of it, (which wasn’t easy – I felt like I was failing after all those years – it felt like money and time wasted), I created the space for this business to come in. It took a few months, but it came – like the most magical download – combining my varied experience and aligning it with the chakras! SO much more exciting and aligned than I could have ever tried to make happen. All the experience of course also wasn’t wasted and I am beyond grateful I let go of what I thought I was supposed to be doing.
