July 4, 2021When it comes to having a business that nourishes you, feeling good vibrationally is fundamental as you will do the best work and be the most you. Of course, we all have days or even weeks that don’t feel so good, but it’s up to you to support yourself to bring yourself back into alignment, so that those times don’t stop you from showing up as you are here to do.
The more vibrationally aligned you feel, the more you will be supported by the Divine and the more you will be able to give and show up. So I truly recommend prioritising this and doing what it takes to support yourself. Notice the days when you don’t feel so good, and what might have caused this. Make changes, adjust and refine as you go.
Rather than give you a list of all the practices you could do, I’ve listed a few categories to feel into and questions to ask yourself.
- Physical wellbeing
- Mental wellbeing
- Emotional wellbeing
- Nourishment (all food and drink you are consuming)
- Creativity
- Energy levels
- Sleep and rest
How do these areas look in your life right now in terms of your self-care? For this you could write down what you are doing to support yourself and perhaps rate how you feel about it in your life.
What more could you do to support yourself in each area?
Then it’s up to you to make time in your schedule to look after yourself in these areas. I recommend making small changes in only one or two areas to begin, then adding others as these changes become more ingrained.
