There’s a deeper current moving through right now – one that’s not asking you to do more, but to become more of who you truly are.

You can feel it in your bones.

This is the essence of my upcoming book, Embodied Power, releasing 27 November 2025.

Here’s an excerpt I felt called to share with you today:

Embodied Power is choosing to go ALL in on the life you came to Earth for.

It’s remembering, unlocking, and embodying the codes of your unique power.

It’s aligning with the power of the Earth as a Divine being – Gaia; Her currents of creation and life force energy, and the elements through which they flow: Earth, water, air and fire (plus Spirit). It’s recognising you are a part of Gaia and as such also have access to this power to create.

It’s burning away the patterns and addictions that keep you playing small and self-sabotaging. It’s healing ancestral, past-life and childhood traumas and patterns; knowing it’s now time to receive the gifts from the richness of your past.

It’s tapping into the deep wisdom of your body, letting it be your guide. Letting it be your co-creator and your partner as you embody your power.

It’s committing to a life where you are present on Earth and will do what it takes to look after your whole self, others and the Earth, as we are all connected.

It’s doing whatever it takes to be a co-creator in your life whilst also deeply leaning into the support available to you (seen and unseen) and guidance from your intuition. It’s remembering you are magical, Divine, and have limitless power and support available to you.

It’s knowing in your bones that you are here to dismantle, disrupt, re-write and create the new, in the way only you can do.

It’s recognising you are a leader and it is now time to step into this, to own this, embody this and live it fully. Unapologetically, unashamedly, boldly.

It is time.

This book has been a transmission, a deep activation that continues to unfold through me.

It has opened a new layer of leadership, creativity, and truth that I now see reflected in so many of the people I work with.

We are being called to lead differently.
To build differently.
To create from frequency, not force.
From embodiment, not effort.
