Walt Disney got it right: it’s time to own your magic

Lately, I’ve found myself binge-watching Disney animated movies. There’s something so comforting about escaping into those magical worlds, where the hero’s journey unfolds and a happy ending is always waiting.

What’s struck me most is how many of the female protagonists are forced to hide or shut down their power—sometimes by their own families or caretakers: Elsa in Frozen, Moana, Rapunzel in Tangled.

Each of them only finds true happiness when they step out of their comfort zone, embrace their full power, and trust in who they truly are.

It’s such a magical reflection of the work I do with clients. Time and again I’ve witnessed the incredible transformation that happens when someone reconnects with their truth and creative power.
