A letter to empathpreneurs (from my book Embodied Business)

You are here for a purpose. Your soul carries the wisdom and knowledge of many lifetimes and places. You know it in your heart.

I know how hard it can be living in this world that doesn’t fully honour sensitivity and compassion. I know how hard it can be to see and feel all the struggles and destruction. It’s heartbreaking and can seem like too much.

Now is not the time to shy away. Now is the time to take a stand for what you believe in. Now is the time to let your love, compassion, and sensitivity lead. Now is the time to speak up.

You must prioritise your wellbeing; it’s an essential part of your mission as an empathpreneur. You need to look after yourself so radically, deeply and magically, to honour your needs so that you can be the most YOU possible, as you are so needed at this time.

Now is the time to come together. Let yourself be held and supported in your mission. Reach out as you need it. Work in partnership with others.

But above all, come back to yourself, your heart, all parts of your body, your wise inner knowing. For it is there that you’ll find answers whenever you seek them.

Thank you for being you and for bringing your unique magic. Now is the time to shine, for the good of all, and you!
