I was recently reflecting with a friend on the times in my life when I’ve created most powerfully. Without fail, these moments have always happened when I’ve been deeply aligned – mind, body, and soul. When the current of life flows freely through me, everything shifts.

I’ve noticed a pattern: when I feel light in my body, I create with ease. The times I’ve manifested my biggest desires – new clients, aligned offers, even my partner – have been when I’ve been juicing, fasting, or nourishing myself with vibrant, living foods. With a background as a health coach and nutritionist these are things I’ve explored and played with over the past two decades. Now, I’m not saying you need to do the same, but I am saying that for me, clarity, creation, and calling in what I want happen at quantum speed when my energy is flowing without resistance.

As a deeply sensitive person, I know this to be true: energy is everything. When energy flows through you freely, you align effortlessly with what you desire. Your intuition sharpens. Inspired action becomes second nature. Things move fast.

Of course, there are many paths to alignment – some people focus on mindset, others on strategy. But for me, it has always been about what I allow into my body, and what I choose to leave behind. That’s why I stopped drinking (I just passed my 2000th day alcohol-free!), because my intuition had been whispering – then screaming – for me to let it go. The moment I did, everything changed. New creative ideas, aligned offers, and a powerful new business direction poured in. Three more books. An oracle deck. A whole new way of working.

And now, my next book (Embodied Money) is diving even deeper into these currents: how we unlock and align with the flow of creation, money, and more.

But really, this is about something bigger. It’s about stepping into a new way of being.
