Last week I absolutely loved sharing the Embodied Writing sessions, as a way to deepen into writing a book, and your writing in general (if you missed them, you can still catch the replays here).

One of the things I spoke about during those sessions was how each of my books has been so much more than a project or a product. Every single one has acted as an activator, a catalyst, and a portal into the next layer of my own leadership.

Each book has changed me, not only through the process of writing it but also through what it asked me to embody once it came into the world.

When I wrote my first book, Embodied, I thought it would simply complement my business as a health coach at the time. But the process of writing it completely reshaped that business. It asked me to let it go completely, and to open into a completely new chapter, which my next book laid the foundation for: Embodied Business.

From that, a whole new body of work emerged, guiding people to align their businesses with their chakras, to clear energetic blocks, and to create from that place of deep integrity and truth. That single book became the seed for multiple offerings, programmes, and creative expressions, and, honestly, an entirely new version of me.

And that pattern has continued with each book I’ve written. Every one has walked beside me, revealing what I couldn’t yet see, calling me into deeper layers of who I’m becoming, and the work I have been sharing the world.

Most recently, Embodied Power the book I wrote this year (which is available for pre-ordering now – details below) has been the most potent yet. It grew me in ways I’m still integrating. It cracked open a whole new dimension of my work, leading to (amongst other things) my 2025 group offering, Embody your creative power, which is completing this month.

It also led me to step fully into the person who knew she was here to open a publishing imprint, alongside my existing work: Global Soul Press.

Global Soul Press is here to publish visionary leaders: individuals and collectives who embody new possibilities for humanity and share their truth with courage, clarity, and wisdom. It amplifies global voices rooted in soul and grounded in the human experience, expressing the full spectrum of life – from joy and healing to shadow and creative fire.
